Once you have printed these instructions please click "back" to return to the main page and click the "Get Acrobat Reader" button to download your copy.

The details below are an example of the steps you will need to take to download and install Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™.


Step 1

Select language - English   e.g.

Platform -
Select your computers operating system e.g. Windows 95, Windows 98   e.g.

Select Nearest Location - USA    e.g.

It is not necessary to include options for searching PDF documents   e.g.


Step 2

Enter your Name   e.g.

Enter your E-mail Address   e.g.


Step 3

Click the red button to download.   e.g.


Step 4

Select "Save this program to disk" and click OK    e.g.
   Run this program from its current location.
   Save this program to disk.


Step 5

Select "Desktop" in the "Save In" box to save the file to the desktop (main background screen) of your computer and click "Save".

The file will now begin to download. This process may take several minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.


Step 6

When the file has successfully downloaded, close all of the programs running on your computer (including the Jetcard web site) and return to the desktop (main background screen) on your computer.


Step 7

To install your copy of Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™, double click on the icon on your desktop (main background screen) and follow the on screen instructions.



Step 8

Once you have successfully installed Adobe Acrobat Reader and a "Thank you for choosing Acrobat Reader!" message has been displayed, you do not need to click on this icon again. You are now ready to receive your new E-Bill.


Once you have printed these instructions please click "back"to return to the main page and click the "Get Acrobat Reader" button to download your copy.
