For existing Customers only (Lost or stolen cards)
- This method of stopping cards can be used as your notification
to the company as per clause (10)a of our standard terms and conditions.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your notification
and the time and date of this reply is the notification time from when clause
10(b) of our terms and conditions will apply.
- Should confirmation not be received within 3 working hours please
fax your request direct to our office. Working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday
to Friday.
- After you have received confirmation of your notification, you
will remain liable for all transactions made with such lost or stolen Card(s)
for a period expiring at the end of the second working day after the day on which
notification received in accordance with clause 10 (a) save that no such release
from responsibility will be given to you if it can be established on the balance
or properties that: i) You or your authorised representative gave the relevant
Card to an unauthorised person; or ii) The loss of the Card was due to the gross
negligence of either you or your representative. iii) You or your representative
failed to adhere to a request made by the Company or its representative to destroy
or return the Card to the Company: or iv) If you were in breach of any of the
terms and conditions of this agreement.
